Enforce Public Law 90-602, Repeal Section 704, and Mandate Li-Fi to End Americaās EMF Crisis
Itās 2025, and America is facing a crisis of constitutional proportionsāboth in health and in law.
Public Law 90-602, passed in 1968, was designed to protect the public from harmful radiation emitted by electronic products. It mandates continuous research, oversight, and safety enforcement as technology evolves. Yet today, as wireless radiation saturates every classroom, every nursery, and every pocket, this law has been utterly ignoredāeven after a government study found clear evidence of cancer from cell phone radiation.
At the same time, Section 704 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 has silenced the American people, making it illegal for communities to oppose cell tower placement based on health concernsāeven when theyāre near schools, homes, and hospitals. This law violates the First and Tenth Amendments and hands unchecked power to telecom giants, leaving no path for local or state action in defense of public health.
Itās time for that to end.
We are calling on Robert F. Kennedy Jr., now serving as Secretary of Health and Human Services, to enforce Public Law 90-602 and restore scientific integrity to the oversight of radiation-emitting technologies. We are also calling on President Donald J. Trump to repeal Section 704, restoring Americansā right to challenge infrastructure that endangers children and families.
