This new Oct 2023 study, is a reminder “. . . the number of children and grandchildren with cancer in their bones, with leukemia in their blood, or with poison in their lungs might seem statistically small to some, in comparison with natural health hazards, but this is not a natural health hazard–and it is not a statistical issue. The loss of even one human life, or the malformation of even one baby–who may be born long after we are gone–should be of concern to us all. Our children and grandchildren are not merely statistics toward which we can be indifferent. — President Kennedy, June, 1963

A new study, “Electromagnetic Field Exposure and Abortion in Pregnant Women: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis,” examines the link between exposure to electromagnetic fields (EMF) and the risk of miscarriage in pregnant women. The research involved a systematic review of studies up to August 2021 from databases like PubMed, CINAHL, Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, and the Cochrane Library. The meta-analysis included six articles with 3,187 participants and used Comprehensive Meta-Analysis software for statistical analysis. It found that high levels of EMF exposure significantly increased the risk of miscarriage, with a rate ratio (RR) of 1.699 and high heterogeneity among studies (I^2 = 84.55%).

The study delves into the incidence of spontaneous abortions, noting that it occurs in roughly one-third of pregnancies and can be caused by factors such as chromosomal abnormalities and environmental influences like EMF. The article discusses the prevalence and necessity of electrical devices in modern life and the resultant ubiquitous exposure to EMF, which may have implications for fetal health.

The review only included human studies that examined the effects of EMF exposure on miscarriage risk and excluded animal studies. Quality assessment was conducted using the Newcastle-Ottawa Scale, with articles scoring ≥6 considered high quality.

Overall, the systematic review and meta-analysis aimed to consolidate the existing data on the potential impact of EMF exposure on miscarriage risk, providing valuable insights for public health and preventive measures for pregnant women.

At RF Safe we also want to bring up the combined effect of COVID/Vaccine Injury along with excessive radiation exposure.  There is a lot of data coming out that suggests exacerbated health effects
