Epstein’s crimes thrived on money, proximity to power, and a culture of silence. The same formula underlies Section 704 of the 1996 Telecommunications Act—a 62-word clause President Bill Clinton signed while political donors and close associates, including Epstein, enjoyed unprecedented White-House access. Section 704 forbids any parent, mayor, or school board from blocking a cell-tower permit “on the basis of environmental [health] effects.”
Just as Epstein’s network commodified vulnerable teenagers, Section 704 commodifies every American child’s developing brain—without informed consent, without recourse, under the false flag of “progress.”

465 Feet of Foreseeable Harm
Every weekday at 8 a.m. my seven-year-old daughter Melanie hangs her backpack on a hook in a first-grade classroom 465 feet from a three-sector cell tower. The BioInitiative Report recommends a 1,500-foot buffer between children and high-power antennas, yet federal law bars me—or any PTA president—from invoking health to move that tower one inch.
Why? Because on February 8 1996 President Clinton signed the Telecommunications Act with a last-minute insert—Section 704—that forbids local officials from rejecting a wireless permit “on the basis of environmental [health] effects.”
If taking a child’s body and selling it were slavery, taking a child’s biology and selling it is chemical slavery on a wireless leash. Both are trafficking. One just wears a necktie.
