We had a very minor issue with one of the cases we bought (quantity 5) and ping’d him and he was very helpful. He stands behind his product, is incredibly knowledgeable and my phones will have no other cases but these cases. If you are looking for cases to protect yourself or someone you care about, I’d recommend RFSafe. PS Their warranty is the most generous I have seen out there; you have to be pretty confident in what you are producing to offer that kind of warranty.”

I am so thankful for RF Safe’s products. I know their business was temporarily interrupted due to the Covid pandemic, during which time they were unable to be contacted. But they’re up and running once again, producing the best protective phone cases on the market. **** and ***** have been WONDERFUL to work with. I recently bought an older, refurbished phone, for which RF Safe no longer made a case that fit. However, the company searched its warehouse and was able to locate a case that was perfect for my phone. Accommodation such as this goes above and beyond the call, rarely seen among ANY businesses these days. To me, it’s a testament to their caring about their customers’ satisfaction and safety from cell phone radiation exposure. I’m also VERY impressed with their research and development and knowledge of how the construction of their RF Safe cases and products provide the best possible protection.
