In 1982, the ANSI/IEEE C95.1 standard—crafted by engineers and industry lobbyists—became the benchmark for launching wireless phones in the U.S. This standard had zero meaningful health and safety oversight. It effectively laid the groundwork for the widespread adoption of wireless technology without any medical evaluation. The result? A cornerstone for the rise in autism, cancers, neurological disorders, and autoimmune diseases.
EPA Defunded, FCC Empowered
When the EPA was defunded and sidelined, the regulatory authority for RF safety was handed over to the FCC—an agency whose primary role is to auction spectrum, not to protect public health. Essentially, auctioneers were placed in charge of our children’s safety. This move was not only unconstitutional but also reckless, sidelining any real medical expertise.

We must end this now. The fraudulent standard enforced by the FCC must be dismantled. We demand a congressional investigation into the FCC’s regulatory overreach and the immediate transfer of safety oversight back to the EPA, where it belongs. We demand a mandate for Li-Fi and a Clean Ether Act. The White House must cease this perpetual failure and act now for the sake of our children.
